true!.
I would like a nice polarizing filter to get that effect. no reflection though and the picture may become a bit too busy with all the underwater things showing up.

Very Nice. I like that the water is also grey and makes the Heron pop out more.

Interesting variation of our Great Blue Heron. Assume you're in Europe since you called it a grey. Like the spotted front-hadn't seen that before. Thanks for sharing.
