Overall, I like the vibrant colors... however, the subject, the Charlie Brown Christmas tree, gets lost in the busy background.


I use manual exposure settings on the copy machine

I agree with the post above. It looks like you tried taking a picture of the front of the house and a tree got in the way.

This would work much better with a less cluttered background or a super shallow DOF blurring out the background.

What aperture was used btw?


50D Gripped / Tamron 17-50 2.8 non-vc / Canon 70-200 F4 / SMC Pentax-M 50mm f1. 4

EXIF data should be intact, but 9.5

All I see is the pretty door with the nice architecture, and wish the tree weren't in the way.
