My first motorsport event of 2012

Here are some pics from an open pit lane drift day Lydden Hill, hope you like.

love that first shot.

Love the flames in the first 180SX, and the tyre sparks on the second (black) 180

Good to see something different out drifting too, the Sierra, Escort and BMW all rock.


What is the flame on #1 coming from ? Exhaust ? Looks like its coming from the top of the wheel arch

Thanks for the comments, the exhaust comes out just in front of the rear wheel on number one.

Love 4+5 is Lyden still fence free and are you still close to the track as they have a classic bike meet in June was thinking of going gets some shots at the hairpin

Thanks Gaz, yep Lyddens still completely fence free, got the the classic and the vintage motorcycle club racing there, if youve still got your sigma you should be able to get some really good shots of them coming over the crest at the first corner and them coming off the last.

Very good stuff,but am not crazy about Drifting ,doesnt really do it for me.

loving the Red Jzx90 cant be many of them over your way?
