Promoters called it the "World's Greatest Hobby on Tour," but "adventure in miniatures" would have been a more suitable title. The trains were accompanied by elaborate layouts such as a re-creation of the old Boston Harbor, and a Great Lakes bulk shipping dock that included the Edmund Fitzgerald.

looks like a few cars are derailed in the 6th picture lol, but nice pics, bet you must have had a fun time

Very nice shots. Love the layout in #2 & good catch with the guy in the shot.

One camera, one lens. A Canon 60D and a Canon 18-200mm IS lens. Available light, no flash, handheld, Program AE autoexposure, Auto ISO. Live View was used for accurate framing at the close distances and low angles. The images were processed through Imagenomic Noiseware.
