Pretty cool. Well done.

You could try putting a monopod on to use as an extra hand hold. You don't need to extend it but it gives a lot of flexibility for movement while still damping some of the less desirable movement. If you clamp a weight on the bottom this helps even more.

The content is great! I'd invest in a tripod, monopod and a stabilizer like the merlin these tools will really make a difference in your video. Great job.

i think the dynamic movement of your camera was great. if you aren't using any sort of rig, keep it that way. the video was great.
