Quality of CF

Does the quality of the CF card change the sharpness of your pictures.
Just wondered if you had a crappy CF card could it make your camera look as though
It was not taking sharp pictures?

I can't imagine how.

Why do you think the CF card you're using is an issue?

Nope, absolutely not.

The only thing a bad CF card would do is be slow, have corrupted and unreadable files or fail completely.

They don't have magic hands that reach out from the card slot and turn your focus ring when you aren't looking.

The only way I could see it happening is if you had a bad card that was corrupting your images - but they'd look a lot worse than just "not sharp"....they'd be scrambled at best, unreadable at worst.

No. The only effect the card will have is in read/write speed and clearing the buffer when you've been shooting bursts; or when transfering images to your computer.
