I just upgraded my computer and transferred my LR files and preferences to it but now when Exporting a file, it only shows "Custom Settings" under the "Rename To:" drop down bar.

Anyone know how to get the default options back? i.e.: custom name, custom name - sequence, etc...

I'm running LR 3 on LION.

Are you saying that nothing shows up when you click to bring down the "Rename To:" dropdown list?

The only thing that shows up is "Custom Settings", which I can then edit using the "Filename Template Editor".

Click on edit. It should pop up with the settings assigned to custom settings. Are those your correct settings?

I did, that brings up the Filename Template Editor I mentioned earlier. That works fine but I just want to get the default filename options back.

I fixed it. In Lightroom Preferences there's a "Presets" tab. From there I clicked "Restore Filename Templates" and it's back to normal.

When you click on edit, you get the pop up. At the top under preset there is a drop down. What do you get when you click on that?
