Yo! I'm currently use ShootQ and for what it's worth, it does a fine job at keeping everything together in terms of invoices & contracts. The biggest restraint with using ShootQ is, you have to go through a whole dumb process to split the invoice into separate parts which inconveniences you and your client...

Usually, you wouldn't have to do this... Unless you live in Florida. In terms of sales tax, if your products are listed in the same invoice (package) the whole thing will be subject to sales tax. I spoke with my CPA about this and he recommended I split coverage and products into two completely separate invoices to prevent this. Great!...

I use LessAccounting which keeps tabs on all my finances. It also has the ability to send out invoices in any form which will make it easier for me to split my packages up. With that said, ShootQ has become less necessary for me now besides the feature of letting clients keep track of their invoices, sign their contract online and add extra details about their wedding.

Is there any alternative to ShootQ out there that you guys use? What about a 3rd party contract signer? I'm just looking for options because if I stick with ShootQ, it'll increase my workflow steps by a lot...

Thanks!

I'm also not opposed to sending out separate invoices via ShootQ if it actually works out correctly...
