I'm sure that background with some blur would look nice. Not only for the DOF change, but because if you pull the lights further from the background, it's going to make the backdrop get darker. I think this will also help a lot with your "busy" problem. Comments for Comments. It's the way I roll.

Jan 11, 2012 08:43 | #13 Great shots & cute kid. You might try varying the crops to get in closer, put her off center a bit, and cut out some of the BG. And you could easily selectively blur and desaturate the BG. -- Image Editing OK --
