Thought I would have a play with TC's on the Sigma 120-300
2X+2X+1.4X ie 1680mm or 2688mm in 35mm terms shot in Liveview and 10 sec timer to let wobble settle down :D

If I can find a snail I'll oblige, as with the reduced aperture, shutter speeds were pretty slow and utilising the 10 sec timer to allow the lens to stop wobbling I would need a live subject that would stand still :D

The 2 second timer is usually enough delay, too, so long as you are gentle pressing the shutter release button.

With those kinds of focal lengths, you also should be using mirror lockup.
