I love RMNP, one of my favorite national parks.

Absolutely stunning shots!!!! I might be going to Colorado this summer.. thinking about a three week driving tour to Colorado, then head over to The Grand Canyon and then a drive out to Oregon.. I will have to make sure to try and visit RMNP.

You did an excellent job of capturing some of the beautiful fall scenery in the park. It has been a few years since I have been there and seeing these shots makes me want to go back.

Thanks again everyone! RMNP is one of my favorite places. It helps that I'm only 30 minutes away ;)

For those of you traveling, summer is a great time in the park, especially for hiking and getting up high into the mountains, BUT, my favorite time of year is the fall. The Rut is on and the wildlife are especially active. There is just something about hiking and photography in the high country while having a chorus of elk bugles echoing through the mountains. It may sound corny, but there is just something magical about it.
