Few images I shot month ago. Lighting was pretty horrible both exposure and color temp wise so I converted images to B&W.
Comments are more than welcome

I do like the B&W. If you get a chance would you might posting one of these in color? Just for my own amusement I would like to do a comparison.

Fun pics. I'm guessing the exposure wasn't too terribly bad, as these ain't got much noise.

Thanks. I like to shoot tight. I dont find shooting wide and showing bg interesting. And when you shoot tight, facial expressions works much better imo

Cheers. Here is one for you. Not that bad but I enjoy B&W much better

1D Mk4 does not produce much noise at ISO 1600. I did remove some noise on BG as I knew that enhancing texture will make noise more visible.

Color looks good. I'd just desaturate the red channel a bit.

Very nice shots! I pray to at least get 1 or 2 decent shots at my 9yr old son's first jiu jitsu competition this weekend.

I have to say, I do like the B & W version more so than color. Looks classic.
