I was wondering if there is anyone who still has a great deal on a 5D Mark II?
It seems like all of the major retailers have gone back to regular price.

It's generally a bundle that includes a lens (either a 50mm f/1.8 II or the 24-105L), an extra OEM battery, a Sandisk CF card, and a nice sling bag. If you don't mind the effort of selling the extras, it gets body down into the $1800 range, depending on what you're able to get for the extras on the open market. I'm not pushing Adorama in any way (have had my issues with them, as well as some positive experiences), they just happen to be one of the few camera shops that you can use Mr. Rebates with. If you don't need the lens, then the deals may be less attractive or harder to find.

As Numenorean mentioned, the lens can be sold for approximately $800, which gets you a new 5DMII for $1,699 - sweet! Smacatl

I would keep an eye out here on the Market Watch forum, and be ready to jump when a deal you like is posted (I think yesterday's sale was over in an hour - 50 units!) Good luck!
