Not sure how the 70-200 MkII would feel on the OMD but dang if I wouldn't want to try!!! Scott Evans Photography

Yeah it would be full manual but a 360mm F2.8 equivalent on a EM5 would be cool to try and much smaller and lighter than a EF 70-200. If you wanted to try a something like that for the size IIRC olympus has made a 350mm F2.8 in OM mount but its of course GINORMOUS and about 3k+ if you can find one.

I don't need soul; I need a proper camera. The A7 models aren't proper cameras--not for what I need to do anyway. They're basically sensors in a box, while the practical camera features aren't up to snuff. I would love to jump to a fullframe mirrorless, but not when the feature set is as poor as the A7 cameras. There's a rumor of a "pro" A9 coming next year, so we'll see how that goes.

Plus they need to get their dearth of lenses sorted out. 35mm f/2 or larger, or GTFO ![]() umm, i disagree with that statement, a camera with a "soul" is important, you have to ENJOY using the camera... you have to have a connection with it... If you have a camera with the most amazing sensor in it and you hate using it, whats the point???? -David T.

Also decided to keep the 45mm so I made my own little MFT holy trinity 14/45/75. Worst case, if I don't like it, I'd sell the 45 and 75 for a PL 35-100 f/2.8 but seeing as how the OMD is my "fun" camera, I bet I'll keep the primes..especially when they do this....
