Hello all,

I seem to be having an issue with I.E. displaying images at 120%, so the pictures end up looking soft in my browser. When I use Firefox, the images are displayed at %100 and look sharp.

Is anyone else noticing the difference? Or is it just the way my browser is set up.

Case in point. If you have Firefox and I.E., take a look and see if the browsers display this image at different sizes.

I used this image purposefully because in I.E. the distant tree limbs look very soft, but in Firefox look sharp.

Thanks,

Found the issue....

In I.E. I have the text and pictures resized at a +1. You do it by holding down the Control button and hitting the + key. Each time you do this it resizes the image and text. Hold down the Control and - key to decrease text and image size.

Duh! Forgot I did that.......

Is IE color managed yet? Why not stick to FF?

Even if your monitor is calibrated, your browser can make a difference: WEB BROWSER CHECK - Test Page (external link) - ALL FILES have embedded ICC profiles Photoshop Color Management
