As usual, you folks make it hard to pick a "winner". I enjoyed seeing all your images. I did find myself looking for photos where shadows comprised a primary part of the photograph and how they helped tell the story of what the photo as a whole was trying to convey (at least to me).

With that in mind, here are my picks for this week's winners:
3rd - Jason C and "A Minor Victory"
2nd - philk54 and "Shadows of Love"
1st - teekay and "Shadows of Remembrance". I found myself coming back to it and was drawn into the image and its implied meaning.
HM to Maureen and "Visiting Death Valley with Friends"

Congratulations to the winners and to all the other participants in the Shadows challenge!

Way to go teekay, Phil & Jason!!!! Great entries this week, and a difficult task to judge, Lisa. I kept looking at shadows as well but we had recently visited Death Valley this winter and I noticed our shadows as we stood on a cliff so I suggested we all wave. :) Not normally my style but it was good for the challenge :)

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
