This one should, and gets great reviews on Amazon. I don't currently own it, but plan to in the near future when I get an external flash.

I use the MAHA MH-C9000 to charge and condition eneloop batteries. It has a condition option that charges/discharges the batteries.

I also use a MAHA charger. Does a great job of "restoring" batteries.

Definitely get the Maha C9000 if you want to have FULL control over how to charge/discharge your batteries. However if you need to charge more than 4 batteries at a time you can get the Maha C801D, it also has a conditioning option but its automatic(limited control).

Like many have already said, the Maha C-9000 is the absolutely best way to go. I love mine!

the lacrosse and maha ones suggested should be quite good. There's a few other options to but I think if you go any cheaper than the first LaCrosse suggested you'll probably just regret it and eventually want to upgrade.

I use the LaCrosse BC-900 and it has a discharge/condition cycle also, as well as several different selectable charge rates.

Had a LaCrosse, almost burnt my house down with a normal charge. Now have a Maha, it's worked well.

Interesting... Could you tell us more? I've been looking at either a LaCrosse or a Maha but I sure don't want to burn anything to the ground here.

I just noticed that La Crosse came out with a new charger the BC-1000 (external link) and the BC-900(9) (external link) has been discontinued. Note that some of the "meltdowns" are mentioned in the Amazon reviews.
