Zenit adapter?

Iv been given a bunch of old lenses and cameras, all of which seem to fit my screew fit Zenit-e camera.

Does anyone know for sure what mount type this is, id like to get an adapter for my 5D but I really don't know where to start?

That'll be the M42 screw mount and you can get good quality adapters to mount them on your 5D for little money.
