Roxborough State Park Landscapes (10 photos)

It was a nice warm day out today, so I took a bike ride to Roxborough State Park, a park located south west of Denver. This park has great rock formations of different types of sandstone. I heard about the park and its wildlife, so I though I'd check it out.

I got skunked on the wildlife, although there was a bobcat wandering around the visitors center earlier in the day. So, you'll have to settle for landscapes

I had my Takumar 200mm f3.5 along, hoping for some wildlife, so some landscapes are shot with it. I also used a Super Takumar 35mm F3.5 and a Super Takumar 50mm F1.4.

Thanks to you too. I thought about it, but didn't do any, a shame I know. I was busy shooting with my digital as well as an old Fujica 605N film SLR I brought along, so it skipped my mind.

I've lived here half my life and didn't hear about it until recently. It was actually pointed out to me by a fellow forum member here in my Rocky Mountain Arsenal post.
