Is this 70-200 2.8 worth it?

I need a price check on isle 3 hahaha.
BNIB 70-200 2.8(no IS) without warranty for $1000 CDN. Worth it?

Its worth it if you need to shoot at f/2.8. I don't shoot at f/2.8 very often, but it does come in handy on the occasional low light situations. $1,000CDN is pretty cheap for that lens especially if its BNIB.

i just paid over $800 for one, used , and i felt like i stole it.

of course its worth it. just look it up, about $1500 for a new one retail.
