Any helpful criticism would be appreciated. This was taken with a D60 stuck on 1000 ISO.
Also, I am completely self taught and I barely qualify as a beginner. I don't believe this was edited yet.

It's a nice portrait - maybe bump the contrast a bit would help.

I like more contrast, too.

I also like 0605 in your photostream. The eyes have a great green glow to them. I'm not sure if the white balance is leaning to the green side...but, I am a sucker for green/hazel/grey eyes (my wife's are all those colors at different times).

The other shot of her in the photostream is an "up the nose" shot. They're not usually folk's favorites. But, you didn't ask about that one either.
