Choosing the right pipe for the job.

P.V.C. seems a bit bright and tends to retain its value but it generally only comes in fixed lengths. Copper on the other hand is variable lengths and not always as expensive, but not always available in local stores. Lead is cheap and inexpensive, easily located, and loses value almost as soon as you buy it.

Please advise!

The downside to copper is the aliens on Jupiter are known to use it as an antenna for their mind control experiments, beaming the control vectors into the water in the pipes. The vectors enter us from drinking the water or osmosis when we bathe. I'm looking into using water balloons to deliver water in my house, ripping out all the mind control copper.

What are you going to be doing with the pipe? If we don't know its intended job, there's nothing we can do to help.

For any of the water lines I use copper, drains pvc, gas lines I use black pipe. Plumbing has come a ways, so plastic pipe is the new in thing for most plumbing needs. Good Luck!

PVC definitely - its the only one you can use as a didgeridoo. Bit of skill and practise and you can get some interesting tunes out of it!

I voted other. PVC, copper, lead are all old school and will soon be obsolete. Wormhole waveguides are the pipe of the future. Capable if existing in multiple dimensions so all that is needed is to set up the two endpoints and allow the WHWG (wormhole waveguide) to establish the multi-dimentional pipe.
