I apologize if I sound like a jerk, but had I looked at this picture and not read your title, I would have had no idea she was pregnant. Their position just doesnt say pregnant to me. Maybe it's just me ...

I understand what you mean. They are both reclined and it doesnt seem like she is tremendously far along in the pregnancy. Not to mention the belly is being hidden more than youd like by the father. That being said they are indeed good shots and I would say I prefer the color.

+2 This isn't the most flattering pose for either of them. It's awkward and looks terribly uncomfortable. If she was standing it would show the belly off a little more. Lighting is decent, although the image looks like it needs some white balance correction unless you meant to have the bluish tone in post?

Composition leaves a little to be desired. You've cut off her knee and her shoe, and they need a little more "room", imo. The angle doesn't seem to really improve the image, and the background is well, rustic. Overall, not the greatest portrait, imo. I've tried to give a constructive critique, hope this helps. ;)
