You can, that is from the top of the old Children's memorial parking garage. Ive gone up there a few times. There is a bad reflection off the Trump tower certain times of the year until the sun goes down but its a nice view.

This thread needs some love as the original creator isn't active on the forums anymore but it has pictures from each location and a map to show you where they were taken. Please contribute if you have any other spots you like.
