I weight Train alot. Started riding again. Looking to do a long distance ride this summer for the first time. I've always been a street / park bmx rider and freeride mountain biker so this is something different.
Recently started training for distance, but its hard to do without having it affect my weight training too much

I can see I am not the only one who is seeing a decline of health due to being not as "active" as I used to be. I also noticed I am not as limber, and I think that bothers me more.

...what I also noticed is that I am finding it difficult to get started in an ernest way. And after analyzing this, I find myself making excuses, which has not been what I would do in the past...agh

just a few of my thoughts...
Pierre

Yeah, Pierre. And remember, sex is very good exercise.

Hehe! It's helps keep sugar levels to a decent level. ;)

I can't do much to keep fit. I have bad arthritis I got at 25 years old. Now 29. I get too sore if I try to run and anything else I try just hurts somewhere else. I always thought I was super fit and healthy. Not so much now.

Summertime: Hiking is my favorite thing to do.

Wintertime: Snowshoeing is my favorite thing to do.

Both help me to keep fit and also get some cool photos.

I also work out at the gym at least 3 days a week and walk 10,000+ steps everyday.

So walking you could say.

I also try to make my own food as much as possible. Fast and easy food is very rarely going to keep you fit.

I swim everyday- once very early in the morning for ~40 mins, and same in the evening.

Football once a week, where I pride myself on doing totally unnecessarily speeds and volumes of running ... and a lot less cycling than I used to (before someone gave me a car) and a bit less than I probably should - though I'm working on redressing this balance.

I run 4 mornings a week. I row 8 sessions a week. I do circuits or lift weights 4 evenings a week. Then for a bit of light relief, I cycle for a few hours on Sundays :D
I'm 18. Such is the life of a 6th form rower :) Still don't know when I'm supposed to work or take photos or have anything approximating a social life

Well, you know what they say: Eat right! Exercise properly! Die anyway!

But at least you'll be a good looking corpse.
