I ordered the Feisol carbon fiber tripod CT-3401 from Feisol's ebay store.
This is the 4 leg-segment tripod:

The tripod's price was US $185.00
Shipping/Handling was US $37.00
This total came to about $270 Canadian.
After 'winning' the auction, Feisol emailed an invoice which I paid via paypal. About a day later Feisol emailed a scan of their postal system's invoice/receipt for the shipment.
I did not have the need to communicate with Feisol so cannot say how their customer service is.
I received the tripod in 11 days and had to pay 24.22 GST (Gubmint'S Tax).
The total cost for Canadian's is about $300.
The 11 days made me realize this may be out of my budget so I haven't opened the package yet in case I sell it.
This should give a better estimate as to the cost/time for Canadian's ordering this tripod.
