I just ordered this bag from B&H, it came last night in the mail. bag looked sweet, tried it on & it fit nice. Took my 17'' laptop to see if it fit, it fit perfectly. Very happy, than 3rd thing I did was open up the camera compartment.....ALL THE INSERT WERE MISSING!!! I already email B&H for a replacement, but they are closed today, and I am not worrying as I know they will take care of me...........but just was a little shocked and can't help but wonder if this was a quality control problem with Lowepro, or did someone buy this bag, take the inserts out & return it? I am hoping was just a mistake by Lowepro, I have bought many bags from them over the years, and this is first time I ever had an issue.

I just bought the Prorunner 350 AW, and no problems.
I thought the rain cover was missing, but then I felt it in a hidden pocket and all was well.
I hope you get it straight. B&H is great, but not as easy as a local store of course.
I would try to call them first and explain and see what they say. I'm sure this isn't the first time
this has happened with the amt of volume they do...

Canon 5d Mark II, Canon S95.
Lightroom 5, CS6, various plugins.

Had great luck returning a Kata bag to them, no hassles whatsoever.
