8 years? that is insane...what have you been doing that keeps you from travelling about?

No kidding. Even as busy as I get running my own business, or better put, trying to get away for a bunch of days at a time, I still am able to put together a few weeks of vacation time every year.

working. i spent the last 2 years working 6-7 days a week ranging from 8 - 12 hour days due to unemployement for almost a year. as much as i tried i couldn't get caught up with my bills and filed for bankruptcy. best thing i ever did, removed so much stress from my life that i am actually smiling for no reason now lol.

and then a month after i filed for bankruptcy i started working for my current employer making some good money and only working monday through friday.

The lettering is likely obscured by the built-up dirt on the key, due to its lack of use. ;)

nope just using my selective eye sight lol

thanks Harm, took me almost 2 months to get used to having a weekend again. i was still so used to not having a day off that i would sleep through the entire weekend. now i actually get up and go out and do things on the weekends lol.

took me almost as long for it to really kick in and realize that all that stress i used to have is no longer there, thats when i noticed i was smiling for no reason other then i'm happy and people smile when they're happy lol

Yo, been busy but kept an eye on things.

Neil, nice job deer stalking with your pooch.

I am thinking of selling the 1DsMkII and the 5D in an effort to get something with better low noise high ISO an maybe video. I am thunking 5dII, 7D, 5DIII, I dunno I have not looked at costs or what I can get for my gear.

Is Tom MIA?

No but I'd love to get my hands around the neck of the idiot that thought it would be a good idea to put it right above the shift key... I keep hitting by accident.

I've got fairly high ISO daylight shots from both the 5D2 and 7D in my Galapagos (external link) gallery. Let me know if you want to see any of them Original resolution. I'm planning on bringing both to the Ironbridge later this month.

Thanks. I guess it comes down to how much money I can get together.
