Wool, have you used the refresh battery option for the big batteries the 1 series cameras use? My battery went low at a race and I am trying to refresh it but it seems to me taking a loooong time.

8 hours to refresh.

Yeah I figured that out via the google but thanks for the response. I have a race to shoot tomorrow and I wanted to be sure it was doing what it was supposed to.

Great stuff everyone!! I'll post a little later, lots going on today.

I potted some basil, mint and oregano in a large pot just now, and put in 2 strawberry plants. Tomorrow I plant some lettuces and I already set my seeds to sprout. We get about 5-6 hours of direct sun on our terrace, the rest of the day is bright but no more sun till the end of the day for another 2 hours or so. I am hoping we are successful, if not we'll do lots of shade loving plants next year!!

Today is my granddaughter's 4th birthday party so we will be there most of the afternoon, it is a nice sunny day and we wil be outside for a lot of it so I am hoping for some good pics. The hood on the 24-70 is crappy, but we'll see what happens.

Chet, your kids are adorable and look to be enjoying the egg dying!!

Excuse the mess...

QUOTED IMAGE

The Cuteness factor is almost overwhelming!!! So nice to see them all getting along, do Peepers and Punkin cuddle by themselves?

Robbie has been feeling his oats lately (he will be 1 on May 5th) and when he sees Tspin snuggled with me or in a spot he liked he goes up and bites him really hard until T runs away :(

He also hopped up on the table and took one of those little peet moss type seed starter clumps of wet muddy mess and ran around the house with it at full speed to keep from getting caught...lovely.
