Good on you for taking on the task Chief, dealing with ailing parents is difficult. If she could get power of attorney that would be a good first step.

Not sure what is up there, I have a long list with selection buttons to choose one, or just hitting the listing plays it.

Go to the individual contact, hit edit, then select ringtone. Easy Peasy

Android is very easy too, and we are not sucked into some kinda pop culture Kool-Aid thing. ;)

Maybe easy peasy for you! you must have a different droid. Mine does not do that.

Are you sure you aren't thinking about the I15? I don't think the Grapevine is under construction all that often. It does get closed frequently due to snow and ice, though.

Could be the closures I'm remembering. I don't remember hearing about I15, just another number to me, but I do remember the Grapevine often being on the radio, in a flash back kind of way.;)

HARM looking at the running attire, you series would fit into the "Weather Related" challenge.:D

I don't think of the Grapevine in terms of construction delays as much as the accidents. Last week we had a significant delay just starting up the hill. Two guys got together and wadded up their cars quite impresively. Downhill (northbound) is even worse because accidents there almost always involve semis.

Just a long shot here, but did you try looking in the manual? ;)

I thought that the contact list was an operating feature, not one of the individual phone. I know Ethan has one from a different manufacture, and I just checked his, and the option is under editing of an individual contact too.
