i have been known to give pretty good foot rubs

and i've been jamming to music and photo editing all evening.....and plus i hate presedential stuff...i can't do anything about it but they block out all my tv shows GRRRRRR

My PT person gave me a good stretch and suggested doing it before getting out of bed in the morning. You sit up, wrap a rolled up sheet, rope, something narrow, across the ball of your foot. You then relax, pull the foot to you and, if you can, lift your leg until you feel the stretchy burn. Leyla can lift her leg at a 45 degree angle, I can get maybe an inch before it hurts too much lol.
