We are so close and so far it has not been contentious. I actually broke the rules and spoke to him on out second showing. He seems like a reasonable sort and so far the back and forth have been what I would expect from a reasonable negotiation. But you never know when emotion kicks in and things get silly. That happened with out Illinois house and thank goodness the relo company was a buffer. Our buyers seemed so normal and then they went screwey. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
