Yes it is. But it is bad for you. I drink too much myself, throwback only tho.

So extra sugary goo goo goodness? I wish they would return diet Mt. Dew to it's former goodness.

You're a lot closer to Jim than the rest of us. It seems a reasonably easy thing to take care of.

I'm drinking a lot of Diet Rite Cola these days. Zero calories, zero carbs, and zero sodium. I've convinced myself it's good for me.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

I've cut back on my Diet Pepsi and noticed I don't have the heart burn I was having when I sipped on a big (24 oz, I think) bottle all day at work. I do still have a 12 oz 0 everything, but the sodium, that doesn't seem to bother me. I really need to train myself to drink good old water throughout the day.

So far this year I've cut back on beer, Diet Pepsi, and calories, but I just can't get my intake of H2O up to where it should be. :| Or exercise. :(

Could be. It's dark and carbonated, though.

I ache too, but that's because I just got back from my physical therapy appointment. I swear she was trying her best to tear my arm off at the shoulder!

I went to the gym for the first time in 1.5 years this morning. I am trying to get back into shape.

Chief, hope your finger heals quickly.

take it easy for the first month or so and start off with light weight's....otherwise you are gonna hurt yourself and not hurt your chances of not wanting to go back.

i've done this a few times, usually due to an injury which causes me not to be able to go for a while but then when i get back i have to start at light weights and find my good spot again.

The only pop I drink is coke in rum, and that is very rare these days.

Normal days see me drink 4-6 large glasses of water, and a couple of juice, plus 2-3 cups of coffee. I am doing fine there I think, though some would say the coffee is not so good, but I disagree. :)

Exercise, man I wish I did as much as I want and need. I do go to 3-4 90 minute yoga classes a week, and go for 3-4 60-90 minutes walks a week (with a bunch of uphill), but I really need to do more. I need to do more strength training and work on my inner core (read slack belly :)). A bit more cardio would be good to, though when I walk, I push it.
