Are you open to comments and critique on these images?

Gumby, what software did you use to process? The subject is fine but the HDR end result needs some improvement. We can offer some critique if you wish.

please do comment and critique as I am a newbie and trying to learn. I used photoshop trial version to process.

The first one has some pretty pronounced halo-ing, and for me it looks a little over-saturated. That may be the look you are going for. The second seems to have some 'reverse halo-ing' going on around the edges of the trees. The saturation looks better to me though. Thats a beautiful tree in the second.

I agree with colinm85 , and i would do more imaging of that tree . Makes for a very nice image !

I agree that the tree is an amazing tree. the branches are so big that they have put concrete blocks up and under sections to help support them. There are a total of 4 concrete blocks supporting branches you can see one in the image above to the right. And I'll definitely be going back to get more images of the tree.

ok did some more playing around. I think these are a bit better. C&C please.
