I just have to say how much I appreciate this function of CS5.
It's not the end all, but geez its easy and pretty darn effective.

EDIT
I'm using it only for skin work. What's your experience for this application?

Yep, I'd have to agree.
Just got done using it to get rid of unwanted branches in some bird photos; and proximity match ain't too bad either - :)

Amazingly useful tool, everything from removing stubborn people in front of tourist attractions to (more useful for me) removing backscatter from underwater photos.

Its the one feature i keep having to go out of lightroom into CS5 for.

I find that the Lasso Tool in a free-form selection and a little active edge refinement works wonders on all but the largest chunk of image.

I use it very frequently. Content aware is a great feature!

I use the spot healing with content aware in Elements 10 too. It's been a lifesaver when I'm doing repairs on the more than 30 year old slides that I've been scanning in.

It works really well at times. Sometimes, I'll undo and try it again and will get a little better result. While it is certainly not a be-all-end-all, it is very handy.

I use it sparingly as its results are so hit and miss that if it is something small to address I can do it manually in the time it takes to get it right with CAF. It is a good tool that, imo, still needs some more work done on it by the Adobe programmers. It was billed as the holy grail when it was first available. I think that many have seen its limitations and have found when to work around it. When it does work, it is amazing.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

I voted for not very often because I don't often remove stuff from my photos. And since I don't do a whole lot of portrait work, I found clone stamp in lightroom to be enough most of the time. But when you need it you need.

It's a nice tool when you need it. I voted "A lot" because it's the only one more than "not very often".

Though ... the latter is probably closer to the truth, I do use it now and then. When it works well, it's very nice.

Since I got it...a lot, but almost exclusively for dust removal. Had a really dirty sensor on one of the cams...not bothering for all of web images, but everything that gets printed gets cleaned.
