But suddenly I felt like playing with macro which I enjoy, perhaps out of necessity, when human subject aren't available and the friendly neighbor's cat no longer visits...my family will not let me take a single shot... Ha!! ,,I have almost the same situation,my kids and grandkids live too far away ,,no pets either ,I cant afford long lenses for wildlife ,,so ,we have to make our own fun . By the way, those shots are amazing, so glad you tried it !! 80d , 450d ,10-18mm, 18-135 usm, 50 1.8mm, 17-55mm, 60mm macro, 55-250IImm, Sigma 30 1.4mm godox and canon lighting
