Jan 23, 2012 20:07 | #3 I'm using the Kenko Pro 300 DG 1.4x TC and the Sigma APO EX DG 2x TC with very good results. I wouldn't mind testing Canon's Mark III TCs but have bo access to them. Geejay Senior Member More info | Jan 24, 2012 14:28 | #5 I don't have the 120-300, but have used both of my Sigma EX TCs with my Siggy 300mm and 70-200mm lenses. The 1.4x is nearly invisible, the 2x slows the focussing a bit and reduces contrast and sharpness a tad. You can't erase a dream, you can only wake me up.

I researched both canon tc's 2xii and 2xiii. Most people say the iii is little sharper around the edges and the same in the center. So I went with the ii. But none of what I read related to this lens. I'm hoping for my wallets sake you say your siggy 2x is about the same. Its just seems way to much for the 2xiii. My wallet looks forward to your test 1DX\ 5diii gripped \ tokina 12-24 f/4 /sigma 24-60 f2.8 \ \ sigma 120-300 OS \ sigma 50 f1.4 \ canon 500 f4 IS \ canon1.4 III tc \ canon 2xii tc \sigma 2x dg tc \ 580ex \ 2x 430ex flickr
