Took my dog on a hike over the weekend and brought my camera along because the clouds looked interesting. At one point the late afternoon view opened up to this vantage of the Flatirons which is an iconic section of the front range to those of us who live here. This view is looking nearly north which is uncommon as most shots of them are either looking west or south.

I have plans to shoot these again should we ever get any snow and will add them to this thread.

Clouds are very interesting. Not your typical shot of the Flat Irons.

Very nice Jon although I'd like to see the vibrance a little higher on the grass so it looks more golden. It just seems a bit flat as it is now.

Gene, I actually took the saturation down on the grass to make it look this way which is how I remember it. I wonder if this is a case where my uncalibrated monitor is effecting my processing?
