I'm 6'5", about 205 lbs. The regular will be fine.

Yeah, the regular will be fine, in fact I am considering contacting Luma labs and asking for an exchange, I have mine on the smallest possible size to get it as secure as possible and really I would rather have some more room to adjust it.

Well they are going to ship me a regular one right away, even before I send the big one back! Great customer service, the e-mail I got was from one of the co-founders. I'll post some more pics when I get that one.

I, too, received mine and think this strap is great. I have the luma loop v2 and like the cinch more. The neoprene shoulder portion feels comfortable with a 7D and 70-200 mkii attached. I like the way it hugs my hip instead of "spinning" around. Now to get onto some extended testing of it! :D

Can this strap be used effectively while also wearing a shoulder bag, like a crumpler 6mdh?

Yes. I have a Lowepro Pro AW 160 messenger bag over my right shoulder and the camera (attached to the Cinch) over my left shoulder.

I've been thinking about getting this. Two questions:

1. I use the BR strap now and a hand strap attached to the camera lugmount and the mount on my L-plate.
2. Any idea whether one of the Op-Tech quick disconnects could be added?

Mine came in today! I opened it up to take a quick look (had to go to work:p) and the quality is first rate! I'll post some pics of it on my camera. :)

OMG.. i saw this post and man.. i'm intrigued. i have the BR7 strap now and i think cinch will actually do better at adjustment on the fly. also, it's conected at two points instead of just one on the BR7.

this looks very good idea..
