A bit of this and a bit of that

A bit of a mixture of recent shots, we've been having one of the mildest winters that I can remember here on the east coast of Scotland. Lots of grey/white skies have meant slim pickings for dramatic land/seascapes lately and no snow at all Gotta keep trying though...

Nice pictures. I really like the first one and the last one, with the sunsets, and the misty look to the water.

Nice set, with strong composition and a real 'artists eye'.

Excellent photos, compositions, and processing. All are fantastic, and I especially love the rich textural character exhibited in the green boat photo.

The rock shots are awesome, very cool look

A big thanks to all for the coments. The first and last ones were shot about ten minutes apart as the sun came up and tide came in.

Thanks, it's something a bit different for me but I liked the way it turned out.

My two cents....
1: Great shot. The best of the set
2: Nice shot with natural colours
3: The composition doesn't work for me. Even though the image is straight it seems skew because of the line of rocks.
4: I think that more room above the boat would have added to the mood.
5: Nice 'shroom.
6: Too saturated. Otherwise a great shot.
