So, I have been working near the airport for the past few months and have been wanting to find a good spot to get a few shots of planes coming in (or out) and I think I finally found my spot today. Only spent about 10 minutes there to take a few test shots. What do you think? This was my first attempt at prop blur also on anything other than a helicopter. I'll try to head back soon, with hopefully more cooperative weather. We had scattered showers in the area with pockets of sky and sunshine.

Good angle on 1 and 3 but I'd wait a bit before pulling the trigger on 3 and let him get a little closer.

2 is a tad "belly" shot-ish but all three look nice and sharp.

Is this at KELP?

Thanks Jay! Sure is KELP. (I work at Biggs) Shot 3 is cropped a little. I had taken a shot after that when he was a little closer but I must have flinched or something as it was a little blurry. I'll spend a little more time playing around as time (and the wife) allow. I'm thinking I might be able to get a little 'backside' action too, on touchdown if I were to get on my truck. If I only had a little more reach...
