Close-ups of a handsome turkey

My new Sigma 150mm-500mm came today and I just had to try it out. Fortunately a flock of turkeys wondered through my yard before the light faded too much. Enjoy!

Nice shots Rob and congrats on the new glass.
It was very kind of them to come along and help you test out your new lens; as far as "handsome" goes.....I'm still on the fence on that one - ;)

Very cool , play a Turkey call and watch those guys fluff up , ( might be the wrong time of year though)

I did see one strutting the other day. They will start doing it more and more now that spring is getting closer. That is when my camera will be taking pictures non stop. ;)
