HS Wrestling in NJ

First year shooting wrestling, my back aches from sitting cross-legged and bending to get some nice shots.

Nice shots! Good faces. Images look clean, too. Looks like a nice size crowd came to watch. How many schools were present?

Just 2, I took some from different events and put them here.

Good set, everything is sharp and in focus. Great job getting faces. Some look a little flat, may be my monitor, but you might want bump these up in post a little bit to make them pop some more.

BTW, where in Jersey are you from? I am from South Jersey and shoot for my local club that my 2 boys wrestle in. I see that one of the singlets says Vineland, that is about 35-40 minutes from me.

Boy the internet makes the world very small indeed.

Yeah that red one is from Vineland. It was Absegami VS Vineland.

Nice shots. What glass was used?

Used a Sigma 70-200mm 2.8 EX DG HSM, 550ex pointing 60 degrees with the built in bounce card extended.
