I prefer the first one. The blurring in the 2nd one just seems too unnatural and actually causes me some eyestrain. The first one feels natural.

I'd like to have no.1's slightly darker and contrastier tiger with some of the foreground blur but not so much. Sort of like this:

Yes you guessed right ;)
I have added a blurring function, which when combined with the blending function allows to blur some parts of the pic and keep other parts sharp.

I like the 1st one better myself but think they would all look good without seeing any of the others to compare to. They all have some sort of coolness to them with some purple-blueish hue going on. How about a warmer version? :p
