phototools and screen profile or lack of

Anyone having HAD problem with phototools not using the screen colour profile even when it is accessed vis PS CS5?

What do you mean by "when it is accessed vis PS CS5?"
PSCS5 picks up the monitor profile from the OS; you don't set it anywhere in PS…

Phototools is a pluggin for PS, well in the Automate FILE menu.
So when image edting in PS and want to apply a photo effect that Phototools has you access PTools via this menu root and when it all loads up..wham ...no monitor profile is being used.
