Hi all, hope it is OK to join in here? I am fairly new to the forum and this is only my 2nd post, but done a lot of reading!

We go to Norfolk too (Stiffkey and Blakeney) and I just managed a shot of a barn owl over the salt marshes last year. Looked more of a distant white owl-shaped dot than an owl but I was just so chuffed to see my first proper wild owl. Will be trying for better this year.

Good idea, must see what we have in the rack...............bl*​**y need it as (sorry you may not know the details) but had a disciplinary appeal rejected. Suffice to say my Union Rep was very blunt about the MO of the company and the thinking behind the warning in the first place...............an​yone got a job available

Possible. Apparently, there was a plan to re-introduce the White Tailed Sea Eagle a few years ago, but was scrapped. We do get the occasional flying visit from them though.

Rare bird sighted in Norfolk

I have a freind at work, who swaers he saw one on the Marsh last week. Then they show up in the local Rag.

@ Penel & Matt ~ thanks, just needed to vent a bit!!!

Do not want to put too much on a public forum but this has left me feeling kind of low especially bearing in mind I have been there over 20 years and up until I think it was 2008 (another matter that should have been handled differently!) my record was unblemished...........​....but there was a change of ownership/management in late 2007..............so you can read into that what you will???

Mind you I had a compliment from a customer earlier this week in regard to the way other reps can behave...............h​e said unlike them my integrity and approach to business was above reproach ~ nice when customers say nice things about you

Laurence sorry to hear that, makes one wonder if they have it in for you a bit.

If we have time we will head over to Wisely tomorrow seeing as I missed the meet

Welcome, re pics post away. We all aspire to take pics like Mark, we are all at different levels and started somewhere. You will get some good advise

Always difficult when there's a new boss I guess. Sounds like your customers think you're great though Laurence which is important. I hope it all works out for the best.

this is great Matt, ever so cute. Did you have a heated pad under the blankie? and a fan heater on to keep her asleep hehe.

Thanks Penel.. I had a heat pad under her and the house was really warm so didn't need a fan!
