Nice - I like the eye on top that seems to say "I can see you even if I'm walking away from you..."

It's a rear snarking sensor.

Mike ugly when I'm sober More info | Feb 27, 2012 09:18 | #3334 Penel - you know you are compiling a thingy for Advanced Photographer - I just had a thought - how about inviting Will Cheung (or one of his team) to our Howletts meet? (Or another future meet) Reading his editorial column in this month's issue he's actually giving good press to the world of the cyber club. Will Cheung wrote: They seem, as far as I can ascertain, to be much younger, have a higher percentage of female members, more willing to use social media and new techniques. They are also very active and meet up for shoots regularly. www.mikegreenphotography.co.uk

I emailed Will just over a week ago Mike, have heard nothing back so far. But that's a good idea I shall email him again and invite him (or a colleague) to Howletts Penelope Malby Photography

I have managed to arrange weekend access for 15 people to my college exotic species collection. The cost of the event will be £50 each (or more if you feel willing, it goes to the animal unit which is a charity). For this we get access to take photos for the whole day. It's at the Berkshire College of Agriculture (just off the m40 at high Wycombe). The access is fairly flexible for dates (basically I would like to fill all 15 slots, so it's in our interest to agree a mutual date). Preferably a Saturday for me and the staff. Please send me a pm if you are provisionally interested and I will compile a list. If this event goes well, I will see if I can make it a regular meeting. The collection has a variety of exotic species, which should appeal to everyone.

Plenty to keep us busy for the day. There's also exotic outdoors too, I will ask about that, but indoors would keep us busy probably. Outdoors, llamas, alpacas, kune kune pigs, emu, wallabies. Plus other livestock. It's basically a large collection of animals. I will visit exotics tomorrow and get a full species list, if that helps. me please 1DX II 5DMK3 II 24-70L II 35L II 85L II 100L II 135L II 300L II 70-200L II
