So in essence you have complete access to the CS suite for £456 a year? Interesting...

Indeed. Sounds pretty good to me. It also looks like you can install on two machines so you can always go halves with a mate ;) But I didn't say that out loud.

Oooh, I like that idea...
It'll be interesting to see what they do when they upgrade the suite, so for example from CS5.5 to CS6...will they then charge more or will the prices continue "as was"? If they continue staying the same, then it APPEARS to be a fantastic way to do it. I shall await the full T&C's being published ;)

It appears from what I've read that the Creative Cloud is due to launch with CS6 so that would be the price. I can see a lot of people signing up for it that's for sure.

Having just looked at the Adobe site for Creative Cloud, it does look quite tasty!

My only concern is that it might insist on dialling back to Adobe over the internet every time you open an app, just to make sure your membership is live. If that's the case then it could be a problem if you're in the middle of nowhere, with no internet connection, and just want to do a few quick edits...

It says it will do so every 30 days and you don't need to be connected to the Internet to use the software, it's fully downloaded.

I'm possibly up for that, the 24th is the only one I couldn't make though.

Haven't posted a photo in a while, so here's a quick one of the missus and Pepsi :)

How long will you use it for ? £38/month, what about next year and the year after?
Once you cancel the subscription, you lose the software.

Intresting thay also say put all your work on-line, then you only get 20Gb storage, so if you have more than 20Gb then the cost will increase?

You have to keep paying to keep the software running. I'm not worried about the online storage. I won't use it.

how many people here though will use more than just LR or PS? im not sure that most will ever use indesign, illustrator etc, so can you just get the programmes you need at a reduced cost instead of getting the whole suite? or im I missing the point like I normally do

You get access to the lot, and what if you dont use an iPad, theres a bit more thats not needed.

I've tried illustrator before but really have no need for it. I only use LR & PS as mentioned, so not a lot on offer for that deal to me.
