Thanks all, esp Mat and Mark lots of thought gone into those photos ;)

Spent all morning in the rain sorting a rainwater down pipe that was blocked and causing a flood on the patio and all round the side of the house. Got flippin soaked. Sorted now and its stopped raining for the time. Got plasterers in today finishing up, all go!
