Look forward to more. After finally getting the chance to see one in real life. Im hooked!

Life is not bad. Made redundant again but caught a break now working much closer to home in Watford.

During that time, I got myself back on the Canon bandwagon

Great to have you back in the fold

I have been chatting to someone I know who works at a local gallery and he mentioned to me about putting on an exhibition, now I know I do not have enough stuff that's good enough to do this so I thought I'd ask here who would be interested in putting on a POTN exhibition and should I find out a bit more information?

Plus I did mean to post this earlier but quickly snapped this on the way home Sunday.

Few more from Italy, they flew in this singer from the UK and he was utterly superb, I do like a bit of live music and he did a lot of covers but made them his own, 3rd one he is doing Stone Roses - This is the One, WOW!! Have a look up George Simpson, to be fair his videos on youtube don't do him justice!

 I didnt mention. Picked up a 1D mkIIn and a 17-40L already. Had a 50mm already still around now to wait till next month for the 135L.....again. After that, I doubt I will be forking out any more. That would do me I reckon.

Just need to get used to a viewfinder again. After composing via liveview only, its a bit tricky to get everything how I want but going good so far...

Many thanks, it was a very entertaining concert and the evening light on the Spitfire could not have been better...............the poor keeper rate was purely down the camera operator

@ Dom ~ glad you liked the Spitfire

Edit ~ that rainbow/beach scene has soem rather surreal colouring for the sand ?

And also thanks to one & all that voted for the new additions :D

Talking of Spitfires, one of my customers has neighbour on the industrial estate who is building an 81% flight worthy scale version of one. Still some time off from its first airworthiness flight but all being well I will get to see it hopefully this year and will not miss the opportunity to network with the guy for photo session possibilties???

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

@ Ian ~ what a great venue and I have no doubt your pictures will be treasured as much if not more so than the official photographers album.

Thanks chaps, I think the colour of the sand comes from the fact it was wet from the rain and the setting sun behind me I do quite like it though.

Ian cracking wedding shots.
